PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR PAYPAL ACCOUNT!
If the payment using credit card doesnt' go thru ~ you might need to
enroll for a expanded use PIN and it will take 1 mth to be sent to you
in your next credit card statement.

If you are OK and willing to wait, then pls proceed to register for paypal account.

If not ~ pls consider the option of Funds Transfer.
